Repair Service

System tune-ups include a preventive maintenance inspection and cleaning of your heating and cooling equipment to ensure your system is operating at optimum efficiency. Upon completion, our highly skilled technicians will provide you with a written report documenting any recommendations to improve the quality and comfort of your home.

Benefits of having an ESA include:

Biannual preventive maintenance inspections and adjustments on your heating & air conditioning system far outweigh the costs of unexpected breakdowns.​ Energy Savings Agreements are provided at a discounted price and give customers a 10% discount on parts and labor for recommended repairs and service calls.

With regular preventive maintenance checkups, you can expect:
Peak performance from your HVAC system, early warning of potential equipment failures, and peace of mind knowing that your home’s heating and air conditioning system is operating at its best. A finely maintained and tuned system will consume less energy and reduce utility bills.

Each biannual preventive maintenance inspection includes a thorough inspection of the upcoming seasonal functions, either Heat or AC, including the following:

  • Lubrication of any moving parts, such as, blower and condenser fan motors (as needed).

  • Verification of correct refrigerant levels (Freon is added for an additional cost, if necessary).

  • Perform various system safety checks.

  • Inspect and clean the evaporator coils.

  • Inspect blower motor and fan wheel.

  • Inspect contactors, wiring and electrical connections.

  • Inspect and test capacitors and relays within the system.

  • Clean and flush condensate drain and trap to ensure piping is free of obstructions and draining properly.

  • Inspect and clean the condenser coils.

  • Inspect the outdoor disconnect.

  • Inspect condenser fan motor and blades.

  • Perform an amperage startup test on the compressor.

  • Inspect refrigerant lineset and system piping for signs of refrigerant leaks.
